Terms of Service
These terms cover use of this website and the basis on which we take on client work. Last updated January 2026.
Proposals and scope
Every engagement is governed by a written proposal listing deliverables, timeline and fees. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.
Payments
Projects typically start on a deposit with the balance billed at agreed milestones. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are due within 14 days.
Intellectual property
On final payment, ownership of the delivered design and code transfers to you. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Client responsibilities
Timely feedback, content and approvals keep projects on schedule. Extended delays may shift the delivery timeline.
Liability
Our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
